Levi’s Go Forth campaign
The campaign is addressing the problems in America and encouraging society to help. It’s about mending the wounded country. It is based around making people aware that the future is in their hands.
Although this ad campaign is successful in promoting a message, and grabbing attention it does not necessarily sell the clothing and thus, may not actually be a very successful campaign financially.
However research has shown that revenue was up by 9% ($1.04 billion) following this campaign. Therefore it did aid Levi’s sales. This campaign is more about creating hype around the brand, however.
Below there is also a selection of executions from other Levi’s campaigns which I feel also work well. They communicate the brand message through a tongue in cheek slogan ‘Who would you want to unbutton?’
